Health & safety
As an AALA (Adventure Activities Licensing Authority) registered centre you can be sure we take our health and safety responsibilities seriously. We are assessed on everything from staff training to emergency procedures. The inspection process is ongoing so you can always be in safe hands.

All our activities are run using specialist equipment that is maintained and serviced regularly. Risk assessments are available for all our activities and are available for download.

The staff team
Our staff team is dedicated and professional; bringing together a wide range of skills, experience and talents. The majority of the Herd Farm team are qualified youth workers, as well as having a range of further qualifications in climbing to first aid.
