“A massive thank you for hosting some of my Year 11 Spanish at Herd Farm last week. Our experience was exemplary. The organisation, and your staff were absolutely first class from the moment we arrived to the moment we left and made everything just so easy for me and my team to maintain such a positive environment. So a massive thank you.”
Quote from Teacher at Leeds West Academy November 2016
“Patience, tolerance of others, turn taking, listening and pride in achievement. These are all things Taylor lacked, but through the dedication and support. Alongside fun activities at Herd Farm, Taylor has achieved these enormously. When Taylor started I thought it was just going be a bit of fun. But it has turned out to be bags of fun for Taylor and a whole lot more. Taylor is now well placed for social interaction with others and joining in”. (name of boy changed for protection)

Just a quick note to say thank you for the care and support you all showed to my boys this weeked. They absolutely loved their time at Herd Farm. It was the first time one of my boys had been away from home without a familiar adult present but he felt supported and safe at all times which is fantastic.
They enjoyed meeting the other children and felt that they got a lot out of the whole experience.
The feedback we got from the staff was absolutely fabulous and we were so pleased to see how genuinely pleased the staff were that the children had succeeded and it was apparent just how much they had enjoyed their company.
Please pass on my thanks to the staff, the boys cannot wait to come back so please let me know when the next sessions that they will be eligible to attend are.

Fabulous day out at Herd Farm for sixteen disabled young people and adults. The staff were amazing and included everybody in the activities to the best of their ability. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The highlight of the day was the archery tournament between two teams. It helped build up team spirit and it was great to see everybody supporting each other. We look forward to returning in October
